My mother has unexpectedly passed away in a rehabilitation facility, and it is due to severe medical neglect. We need to raise money to get an autopsy ASAP! The doctor she was under the care of is also in disbelief and doesn't know the true cause of her death. I need to be at peace, and not knowing the true cause of death is very hard. If there is a medical team responsible, people need to know so they never have to go through what I'm going through. I have her records from both the hospital and the rehabilitation facility, and they did not give her the dire medication needed for survival and stabilizing her conditions to come home.
