This fund is to hire South Florida Property Owners Consulting to do a full investigation into the Islands at Doral Master Association financials for a period of five years.

This team of retired police economic crimes investigators has over 97 years of combined police experience and has been investigating HOAs for the past six years.

They will collect copies of all financial documents from the property managers and analyze them along with their accounting partners to identify any issues within the financial records, exterior contracts, and payments to these vendors, including the clubhouse and all bank accounts and credit cards issued in the name of the association.
