Help Uncle Vern Jibson get needed surgery ASAP

Uncle Vern Jibson is in need of a back surgery urgently. Like within the next week. Due to a tumor found on his spine putting pressure on his vertibre he is in incredible pain and unable able to walk. He has had an MRI and CT done and met with the surgeon in Mexico. They have determined that removing it is the only way to 1) give him back quality of life 2) to relieve the pain 3) do a biopsy of the tumor to see what caused it and type.

Any help you can be would be greatly appreciated. Let's get together as a family to help him.
