Hi—my name is Ben Ricciardi. I had the pleasure of meeting Tyreca and her family 6 years ago at an event at the mission shelter in downtown L.A. First things first—Tyreca was a superwoman, a woman who took care of everyone and everything. Sadly, this week, this wonderful mother and grandmother unexpectedly passed away. Tyreca left her family needing not only how to keep her children together, but also to assure their needs are met.

Tyreca’s heart was gold as she raised both her children and grandchildren. Most of her children are school-aged, and our hope is to get them into summer programs so they can play sports, do arts-and-craft, and be happy. We will also need to help them get a large place for the family, so they can all be under one roof. The bills are piling up, and I hope we can all chip in to help them achieve these goals. Anything you can contribute would be amazing. Large or small, we would deeply appreciate your help.
