Hi! My name is Joan Scheider and I am fundraising for the victims of the super typhoon ‘Odette’ (Rai) in my small village in Bohol, Philippines. My family, friends, neighbors, and relatives were greatly affected by the said calamity. Most of the houses were flooded and destroyed, and some were totally washed out and gone.

I am knocking on your kind hearts, humbly asking for your help. They are really in need of food, water, and clothes. Even small actions and small donations make a difference. Giving is a way to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Even small acts of kindness and giving have an effect. It reminds others that they are not alone. And that there are people who are willing to help.
