Tyler and I are over the moon that we have been CHOSEN by a birth mom who is due in July with a little girl. We are overjoyed after waiting patiently for over three years while on our adoption journey. Our hopes and dreams of starting our family are falling into place and we need your help. Even the smallest amount will help us.
While we have raised a considerable amount of our funds through fundraising, saving, and donations, we are still needing $15,450.00. These funds will help to cover our 2nd payment towards our agency as well as airfare, out of state lodging, rental car, ICPC costs, state of Arizona fees, and other needs. This figure doesn't include finalization, post placement visits, lawyers fees, etc.
When we began our adoption journey in December 2019, we had no idea how COVID would play into the adoption world. Things changed and slowed down for everyone including us. However, it was laid upon our hearts to adopt for a reason. We prayed through every "no" that we received and pushed forward. We were grateful for every chance that we were allowed to possibly be chosen by a birth mother.
In addition to funds, we are also asking for prayer. We began this process in faith, knowing that God works all things for his glory. Adoption can be a long and uncertain process and we have felt them throughout our entire journey and would hope that you continue to pray for us, our birth mother, and her baby girl.
