This is a fundraiser for Dixie. Dixie is my mom's lab. This pretty girl has been my mom's companion for the past few years. My mom is disabled and unable to work conventional jobs, but she is innovative and loves nature. She has started her own small kitchen based cottage business selling food items that she forages and makes into amazing jams, mustards, preserves, and seasonings and sells at local markets. Dixie has hurt her leg to where she cannot walk without surgery. My mom cannot go foraging without her companion. Dixie's surgery is estimated at around $2500. Please consider donating to help Dixie.
