Help Two Grateful Ladies Smile Again

Hi Everyone!

We met two vegetable selling elderly ladies, trying to make their livings off 10-20 bucks a day. Although cheaper than the US, they both have medical problems and spend all their money on medicine. These extremely grateful ladies have gone through a lot in their pasts too. Let's try to positively impact their lives and make them smile again! Two people this time, so we increased the goal a little bit higher compared to our other goals. Thank you all!
