Support Kim's Girls

We never imagined we would have to write a GoFundMe page for our dear friend Kim MacLennan (Tobros). She died of breast cancer at the age of 36 on December 3 just before 5:30 a.m. Kim's sense of humor was unmatched, and her laugh was contagious. She was the type of person who made the lives of those around her better just by being herself.

Kim always loved children. After graduating first in her class at Western University, she pursued a career in teaching. Kim was a dedicated primary French Immersion teacher until she became sick.

Kim’s most important role, however, was as a mother. She leaves behind two beautiful girls, Sophie (age 5) and Olivia (age 2)—her beloved unicorns, her pride and joy. Kim’s husband, Scott, is now the sole caregiver for their daughters. Scott’s love of Kim and the girls is truly a model of unconditional love.

We are raising funds to help cover expenses for Sophie and Olivia to ensure they reach their full potential and have the futures they deserve. We appreciate any and all donations.
