Hello everyone, I am writing to you on behalf of two orphaned children, named Ashish and Chhotu. Last year they lost their homes and, the orphanage they had lived at for many years shut down abruptly, leaving Ashish and Chhotu without proper refuge or support.
It is our biggest wish to provide these two young teenagers with a more wholesome life and give them a stable home, access to food, medicine, and education. The total cost to do this is roughly $2,600 for the entire year. A two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and bathroom that has an actual toilet and a shower will cost $1,400 for the whole year. The cost of their medicine for one year is $120. The cost for food, proper vitamins, and essential amino & proteins for one year is roughly $1,100 for both boys. They are so precious and very grateful for guidance and love. Jorge and I have been working with them regularly. I also have weekly check-ins with their doctors and teachers. Ashish and Chhotu have requested to thank personally, those who have become a part of their journey. Five dollars will pay for a one-month supply of one child's medicine. No offering is too small. We plan to help both of these kids for the next five years and get them through their education process or elected trade in hope that they can have a better chance at living a healthy, happy life. The health complications that these kids face due to extreme poverty is unbelievable. I can attest to the difficulties and challenges they have had to endure with unclean water, malnutrition, intestinal parasites, lice- infections, bug infestations, and so on that can be life-threatening to a weak immune system. For this fundraiser, we are primarily focusing on food, housing, medicine, and education, however, other expenses not included in the total fundraising amount of $2,600 are:
