Help Twins Saved By Parents in Attacks on Israel

We are all beyond devastated by the unimaginable horror and loss of life that happened on October 7, 2023, when Hamas terrorists brutally massacred over 1,200 men, women, and children and injured over 2,400.

Itay and Hadar Berdichesky, our beloved cousins, both 30 years old and parents of twin baby boys, were attacked by Hamas terrorists that day in their home at Kibbutz Kfar Aza. Having incredible presence of mind and with ultimate bravery and unspeakable sacrifice, they placed their 10-month-old treasured, precious babies in the safe room of their home.

Like many others murdered by Hamas that day, both Itay and Hadar tried in vain to fight off the terrorists, but despite their greatest act of parental love, were ultimately shot and killed. Miraculously, their babies survived but were unattended for 12-14 hours before being discovered by Israeli Defense Forces. They were rescued and are now thankfully in the loving care and protection of their grandmother and other family members, who are themselves reeling from this unspeakable tragedy.

In honoring Itay and Hadar Berdichesky, we wish to financially secure a bright future for these innocent, orphaned, beautiful baby boys, who will have to carry on without either of their parents.
