Hey everyone,

Gavin here. As some of you may already know, I’ll soon be opening my first bar early next month. Melrose Spirit Co. will be a 28 seat cocktail bar located within the Hotel Melrose in downtown Grand Junction. Piecing together this project has been an incredibly humbling experience and a long held dream of mine. The process of building my first business has been nothing short of eye-opening. However, as the costs of equipment and the build-out have continued to amount, my initial funds are running thin. That’s why I'm reaching out to ya’ll.

Creating this account was not an easy decision for me, but I have confidence that my friends and family will support me when I need it most. My dream is to create an inclusive space that reflects my unique brand of hospitality and pushes the boundaries of what a third place can be here in Grand Junction. I believe that I can make a positive impact in a community that means a lot to me. With your help, I can ensure that I have the initial inventory for the bar and the necessary funding to pay my opening staff.
