Help Tristans and his family

Hello all I have set up this fundraiser on behalf of my friends family. Not long ago lovely Tristans celebrated his 8 birthday. Unexpected health problems changed Tristans life - doctors discovered tumour in brain. After surgery there was complications and now he is in intensive care and fighting for his life. Tristans is

amazing little boy with big dreams and his family is with him.
