UPDATE: We are now appealing the court’s order to deport. We have done everything asked we have paid thousands of dollars. We have jumped through every hoop. The court still ruled against him. If anyone can help in any way we truly appreciate it.

Hello everyone, as everyone knows, Tristan is not a born American but has been going through the legal process the right way to receive his citizenship.He has been in America for several years now, and is a tax payer. They have had many issues with the courts postponing this could have been due to COVID happening. When we got his lawyer in Lubbock, he was on his mother’s case seeking asylum in America. Due to the fact that his mother and sister were both married, the case changed. The case he was on dropped him and was just his mother’s. It was not explained well at all. We paid for a lawyer he never received. He had a court date but no representation. Now Tristan is the only one on his case. We were unaware they had separated him and believed he was still on his mother’s case. All the money that we paid for the previous case went to his previous case that no longer included him. None of the payments were applied to his own case. There is no way to get the money back, and we have no extra help on this. The lawyers have offered no assistance in fixing the situation. Anything sent our way would help so much. We have paid the down payment and still have a very high balance. As of January 2026 they have doubled the fees through the government so we’re looking at several thousand dollars more. our family would appreciate any help Anyone has to send our way.
