Hello everyone, as you’ve recently learned, my sister Tristan and her son Evyn are victims of fraud. They were excited to move into their new condo today, 8/28/2025. Tristan found out when she arrived to move into the condo that someone was currently living there. It was never vacant. Tristan paid a total of $5,800 (a deposit, first month's, and last month's rent) to secure the place they were going to move into today. Tristan believed the property manager and landlord she was speaking to were legit, but she later found out today they scammed her.

Tristan is a single mother; she is very hardworking and will do anything and everything for the ones she loves. She goes out of her way for them. Evyn is her whole world. She is very heartbroken but is strong and will overcome this. If there is anything you can do to help Tristan and Evyn, it would mean the world to them and they thank you. Please also pray for them.
