Hey, my name is Samantha and I have started this go fund me for my mom who recently has had a pretty rough go of things. Our family just went through a massive tragedy as one of my brothers and my mom's oldest son lost his battle with mental health on February 9th 2026. We had brought all of his stuff from edmonton and it was in my mom's apartment including his ashes which are now gone because of this fire. She has lost so much in the last 6 months including her boyfriend who lost his battle with cancer in October of 2025. She has just had a really rough go of things and this fire has completely devastated her life even more as everything she owned was in that apartment. My brother's and her boyfriends ashes are gone, everything is gone.

I am just hoping to help her get setup again in a new place and try to help her rebuild some of what shes lost. She has gone through so much and I just want her to have a place she can call home and try to start rebuilding.

Anything that is donated will go towards clothing for her, essentials that she might need and to get her a roof over her head.
