My name is Tracy, and I’m a justice-impacted woman who understands reentry from the inside out. I was put out of my home at 12 years old and spent my early teens surviving on the streets, where addiction and trauma shaped my life before I ever had a chance to. I got sober in my early twenties and stayed sober for 30 years — building businesses, becoming a nurse, raising twin sons, and creating stability from nothing. After taking on too much and losing my way, I relapsed, served over four years in prison, and came home determined not just to rebuild my life — but to change the path for women coming after me.

I know firsthand the trials and boundaries women face when trying to go another direction upon release. My passion is creating safe, structured transitional housing for justice-impacted women, because I know firsthand that one stable place can change the entire outcome of a life. The initial funds will go toward securing housing, licensing, furnishing, safety upgrades, and insurance — all essential steps to provide a safe and supportive environment for women who need it most.
