Suggested GoFundMe Story Update

Our names are Sean and the team at Tony’s Butcher Shop in Grayslake, Illinois. We started this fundraiser to help local families in need by providing real, home-cooked meals — fresh meat, potatoes, eggs, pasta, and other essentials.

We’ve already distributed thousands of pounds of food to families right here in our community, and the need keeps growing. Every dollar donated goes directly toward buying fresh meat and groceries, which we package and distribute ourselves at Tony’s Butcher Shop.

Transfer plan:

All funds raised through GoFundMe will be transferred directly to the Tony’s Butcher Shop business account, used exclusively for purchasing meat, eggs, and other groceries for this ongoing community food drive. No one is taking a profit — this is 100% about feeding families.

How funds will be spent:

• Fresh meat (chicken, pork, ground beef, etc.)

• Eggs, potatoes, and staple groceries

• Packaging supplies for meal boxes

• Occasional help with delivery and pickup coordination
