Help Donate to Tonya Rushing while in Medical Acoma

Hi all,

We are coming together to raise funds for Tonya Rushing who is 52, a native to Arizona and who has fallen into Medical Acoma as of 6/3/2024.

Tonya was born in Casa Grande, AZ.

She enjoys cooking, listening to music and family time is her absolute favorite. A full house is a loving home to Tonya.

She is a single parent and is survived by her 5 children, James Shivers, Jayton Shivers, three minors and two granddaughters.

Tonya is very loving a caring, always helping out friends and family as much as she could.

She had surgery for Dialysis on 6/2, and the area she had surgery on, got infected and popped, causing her to lose over a liter of blood, which sent her into cardiac arrest. She did not have oxygen to her brain for 17 minutes, causing brain damage and which is put her in Medical acoma, where she is, a little over 13 months, today. With no signs of improvement.

Tonya has kidney failure, a stint in her heart as she has suffered a heart attack in the past.

Since she has been in medical acoma over the last year, she receives dialysis, food through a feeding tube, she caught phenomonia twice, she currently has a spinal infection from being in the bed for a year and multiple other infections including a bloodstream infection and she is currently on two forms of life support.

Proceeds will go to Tonya's medical bills and arrangement's.
