Tony is a selfless neighbor and a true community hero.

Every day, he dedicates his time and energy to fighting hunger across Long Island. Using his own car and paying for his own gas, Tony travels from town to town collecting food donations. Then, five days a week, he personally delivers those donations to local nonprofits that put food on the tables of families in need.

Tony doesn’t do this for recognition or reward—he does it out of the goodness of his heart. He believes no one in our community should go hungry, and he gives his time and resources to make sure of it.

Unfortunately, Tony’s van—the vehicle that makes all of this possible—recently broke down. The transmission went, and without it, Tony has no way to continue his daily food collections and deliveries. We are raising funds to cover the cost of repairing his van so he can get back on the road and keep supporting the nonprofits and families who depend on him.
