Help Tony Birchett's Family Fulfill His Wish

Hi Family and Friends,

My name is Andre Tyus and I am fundraising for Tony Birchett and family with their full blessing and knowledge. Please read a brief message from Debbie Ann below regarding Tony's health.

Tony's wish is to get to the beach and see the ocean with his family. So let's partner together to help get this family to Carolina beach so they can create more memories. All funds raised will be given directly to Debbie to help with immediate expenses as well as arranging safe travel to beach.

Debbie's Note:

As many of you know, in November, Tony started to experience some significant complications with his trachea and vocal cords. After a bunch of tests, they determined that a mass was crushing his trachea and esophagus.

We thought it was maybe a small mass causing some general discomfort. Due to Tony's history and battle with bone cancer (since 2018), his team decided to do a biopsy in December. On Saturday before Christmas, we got a call that the mass in his chest was not as small as we hoped and the team confirmed it was cancerous - chondrosarcoma. In January during another scan, they found masses in his lungs too. As of the end of January, they determined that it is stage 4 metastatic cancer. It is incurable and unfortunately inoperable. And sadly, chondrosarcoma doesn't respond to radiation or chemo.

Your prayers, well wishes, and positive thoughts continue to uplift Tony and provide much-needed comfort during this time. We are thankful for your unwavering support and love. Your messages, calls, and gestures of kindness mean more than words can express. With your love and compassion, we will navigate this journey with strength, grace, and hope.
