My name is Toni, and I am reaching out for help during one of the most difficult times in my life. After moving to a new state while struggling with depression, I lost my vehicle during a traffic stop. Without transportation, it became nearly impossible to find and keep a job. Despite these setbacks, I managed to secure work and spent six months using every paycheck to pay for a hotel room, food, toiletries, and transportation. I have also been supporting my daughter, who is currently staying with a family member until I can get back on my feet.

Unfortunately, after six months of hard work, I lost my job due to an emergency that required my attention. Since then, I have reached out to organizations, shelters, and programs for help, but resources have been limited. I have an interview for a new, higher-paying job, but I am running out of funds to pay for my hotel room, transportation, and basic needs. I have only a few days left in my hotel room and very limited resources from my last paycheck. I am doing everything I can to avoid being on the streets, especially during this cold winter season.

The funds raised will help me cover the cost of my hotel room, transportation, food, and monthly toiletries.
