On March 31, 2026, around 8pm, a fire broke out in Toni's home while she was cooking dinner for Bill and herself. William was at a friend's house at the time. A grease fire started in the kitchen, and within moments, the house filled with smoke and was engulfed in flames. Thankfully, everyone was able to escape safely and call for help.

Bill, who has been on oxygen for some time, was especially at risk. The initial fire reached the oxygen tanks, causing an explosion that accelerated the blaze. By the time the local fire department arrived, the fire had grown so intense that all units had to be called in to assist. We are incredibly grateful for the firefighters' hard work and rapid response.

Unfortunately, everything was lost in the fire. Toni, Bill, and William now need to replace all their clothing, household necessities, personal IDs, and other essential documents. They are starting from scratch and facing a long road ahead. Let's show them what a caring community can do and help these folks rebuild their lives!
