Hi everyone, my name is Kayla, and I’m fundraising on behalf of my amazing in-laws, Tom and Joana.

On the afternoon of September 30, 2025, an unfortunate accident caused a fire in their home. While everyone is thankfully safe, one bedroom was completely destroyed, and the rest of the house has been heavily affected by smoke damage.

For years, Tom and Joana’s home has been the heart of our family the place where everyone gathers for birthdays, holidays, and celebrations. Their doors have always been open to anyone in need, and their home has been filled with love, laughter, and shared memories.

Now, they’re the ones who need our help.

We’re raising funds to support:

Repairs to restore their home

️ Temporary accommodation while it’s being fixed

Essential items lost in the fire such as clothing, bedding, and furniture

This has been an emotional and overwhelming experience for our family, but we’re grateful it wasn’t worse. Every donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping them rebuild and get back to the warm, welcoming home they’ve always created for everyone else.
