Help Tom and Family Fight CPS Injustice

My name is Tom. My wife and I have two wonderful boys, Colt (6) and my, stepson, Texas (2), who I have raised since birth.

In October 2024, my stepson returned from visitation with his father with severe bruising on his buttocks. Brusing that appeared in the shape of a hand. When confronted about the injury Texas father claimed it was caused by a fall from a slide. We immediately filed a case with CPS and contacted law enforcement. We took my son to the hospital to have him examined and the hospital ruled the injury as intentional not accidental.

Since the case started, we started noticing huge inconsistencies with how CPS was handling the case and how they were giving special treatment to Texas father because of his status as a doctor. Soon CPS turned the case around on us and named myself, his mother and sister as perpetrators, not the "doctor."

CPS has been hostile with us, falsifying documents and testimony in court and is now trying too permanently terminate out parental rights and give Texas to his father, the abuser.

I have since resigned my position with the US Border Patrol due to the allegations of domestic violence CPS is claiming. This was a mistake because had I been in the right state of mind I would've never resigned because now I know the Border Patrol would've worked with me.

We are doing everything we can to fight this including contacting the Texas Rangers, FBI, The Govenor's Office, Senators, Congressmen and the media to hear us and fight the corruption of CPS. We have learned that the reports we have made to these agencies has led to retaliation by CPS and they are fighting hard to remove our children just to punish us for this.

We have exhausted all of our funds including my TSP on legal services and the "doctor" stated that he will use all the money he has to take our kids away. Please consider donating so that we can get our kids back.

If anyone knows of a good attorney who will represent us please let me know as ours are not willing to fight for us against the "doctor" and his money.

Any little bit helps as this battle is very expensive and the only income I have is my Veteran's Disability Compensation.
