My name is Sharon, and I run the Ladies’ Boxing sessions at Boxchic in Redditch. For the past 2 years, this safe and supportive space has helped women cope with the challenges of menopause, stress, and mental health, as well as supported those facing struggles at home or recovering from domestic violence. Through boxing, we’ve built more than just fitness classes – we’ve created a community where women feel empowered, connected, and stronger in every sense.

Now, as we enter our 3rd year, we need help to cover the cost of renting the space so our sessions can continue. To guarantee the venue for another year, I’m reaching out to our community, local businesses, and like-minded people who believe in what we do. With your support, we can keep these vital classes running, ensuring women in Redditch have a place to improve their wellbeing, build resilience, and find hope.
