Help to make Gooey healthy

Gooey, Male.

Gooey has been my best friend for 4 years, I got him since he was still a 3.5mths puppy, I brought him with me on the plane from Indonesia. While it is also the first time with me arriving in Canada. We going through a lot of difficulties together, while this pandemic also make everything more difficult for us. Right now his vet bills totalled $3401.
I have peoples donated to me directly totalled $1120. So I just need a little bit more kindness from all of you, please.

25 Oct - he was still normal, still playing around with his toys
26 Oct - morning, I woke up saw blood in the room, I thought he bleeds somewhere externally but I brought him to the backyard then I saw him peeing blood
Later at the night I brought him to animal emergency hospital and they said it is probably liver failure and causing blood clot.
Doc said it would probably take a weeks to treat him in the hospital which they wanted to perform a regular plasma transfusion but they said it could cost up to 7k which is still only low chance to survive. Which I only have 1.6k in my bank account right now.
I don't know why it happen so sudden, and I don't have that amount so the doctor said its recommended to perform euthanasia, which Im not dare to put him into sleep either.
So I took him home (against the vet recommendation) and right now hes with me but he keeps on dripping blood through his urinary and coughing blood.
27 oct - just a few hours after I take him back home hes mouth is so pale right now and he doesnt really move much.

27 oct - morning at 10am someone kindly give me a slot in their regular vets and put me in as recommendation.
They do a xray for gooey, which is resulted theres a white spots in his lungs and his lungs is swollen, also the lungs pushing his heart.
It is the cause of him - coughing.
But we still dont know why he coughing blood.
Because his liver, kidney, intestines all good, no stones, no bladder infection as well.
Turns out his liver is not fail, not as described by previous vet.
the blood tested, his red blood counts and hgb is low they have to perform blood transfusion.
And his urea is high which is because of dehydration. Because he wasnt drinking much fluids while at home, I tried to give some with the syringe but I dont think that help much.
But they treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, vitamins which helped him to become responsive again. Some of the photos are in the comments.

Later he got his blood transfusion, and ran another blood test for the autoimmune (doc suspect him to have autoimmune disease)
Which why I should come back to vet tomorrow to have the results and get gooey xrayed again.

After the blood transfusion he got his appetite back, he get his first meal, Eaten properly.
He could drink by the bowl as well.
Im happy with that he can eat and drink normally.

He walked around clinics and peeing which getting clearer, pinkish color.
Then doc said he is able to go home with some medication took home and I still have to come back tomorrow.

28 Oct - Morning time, getting ready to go back to the vet, he peeing at home which is yellow (good) and he already tries to sneak on some toys.

Later at the vet they gave him Iv liquid again  and also some vitamins injection, while they performing all the process to gooey I stayed with him watch every single steps. And I saw gooey is getting very much better.

Xray results - gooey lungs white spots is getting clear, not as much as before.
More description of the xray is on the comment.
But his other organs are fine.

2 Nov - Gooey test results for the gooey rheumatoid factor came back POSITIVE.
Rheumatoid factors are proteins produced by your immune system that can attack healthy tissue in your body. High levels of rheumatoid factor in the blood are most often associated with autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's syndrom (from google).
Doc said he had to discuss more about this type of disease.

4 Nov - Gooey is back at the vet to take another blood test. And I discussed a lot of things with the doctor, its going to be quite long story.
-his weight has gone up
Last time we going to vet he was 35.40 now 36.60
With the examination overall doc said he looks healthy now gum is pinkish red, his eyes is good, nose are sweating now (when he was sick it was dry)
He breathes normally, no cough within these 2 days.
His pee and poo normal.
-doc has discussed with specalist about the rheumatoid factor, it seems like those disease usually attacks joint (but his joints is fine)
I mean he walks normally
And doc said most likely we shouldnt be worry too much about the rheumatoid factor (but he will do more research)
Because it does not attack/affecting blood, Or causing bleeding. He could be in toxicity as well he said, he said maybe he could licks any poison thing in the grass (my roommate said just a week before gooey sick theres a house nearby the park that I usually go is doing the pesticide for their grass).
But im not sure which house do the pesticide, and right now Im not dare to walk him out too far as well, I walk him maybe just 100m to 200m from house.
So anyway the doctor said rheumatoid factor (positive) is most likely not the one causing him bleeding.
-hes not doing the xray again today because I told him gooey stopped coughing he said then it should be fine, but if I see him cough again then he must see if his lungs are clean or not.
- but the doctor said he should have Coagulation test.

But anyway gooey is looking pretty fine, I want to celebrate his bday this friday.
So overall hes in good condition, and Im happy doc said I can celebrate his bday with no worry.

5 Nov - Gooey blood test resulted normal, his red blood count are normal. So Hes not in pain or discomfort.

6 Nov - Gooey celebrated his birthday!

I attached some of his new photos also his birthday photos.
