Help to get my kids back & fight toxic co-parenting.

Hello my name is Andrew and I need your help to fight against toxic co-parenting and the court system that has protected the mother in this horrible situation.

Last Christmas celebrated in 2022

In April of 2023, the mother of our two children withheld Emma and Adam from me their father for over 3 months without allowing me to see or even speak to them on the phone. The mother's reason, I will get to that after I tell you what she put the children and I through and continues to do with the support of the court system.
After calling law enforcement for help with my court order in hand, the mother dodged every attempt for me to see our children and would not answer the door, my phone calls, nor the police attempt for a well fair check. After trying to be civil and not tear down the door to make sure my children were still alive, I reached out to the children's grandmother on their mom's side. Do you think she was any help? Nope! At least I knew our children were still alive, but wasn't surprised why my ex is so damaged in her ways and toxic reasoning. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree is a nice way to put it.

What next? Ah, the courts will see what is going on and will protect my children and I from this psychological warfare. So, I had to file through the court an emergency order to get my children back ASAP to minimize parental alienation. After the court denied my emergency order, they scheduled the date a month later. I was not able to speak or spend time with our kids over my birthday or father's day. Try dealing with that. Court day arrives in July 2023. I'm unrepresented by an attorney as the mother is represented by a well known family law agency that does business with this courthouse. I didn't think anything of it since I had police reports and text showing the contempt of court by the mother and admitted testimony of her withholding our children from me.

To continue, right off the bat Judge Carmen Luege from the Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange California was angry at me for calling in an emergency order with the court. She asked me what I did to cause all of this. Mind you, at the time, I didn't know as the mother never communicated a reason because she never answered my attempts or law enforcements attempts to contact her. It must be something horrible, right? Abuse. Drugs. Alcohol. Some criminal activity or breaking the law that would cause the mother to withhold our children from me with zero contact. I answered "I don't know your honor." The judge scoffed at me and said "You must have done something, let's asked the mother." The mother's reason... Hold on to your seats. For being late on the Friday's that the mother and I had agreed upon that I would be late in picking up Emma and Adam. Why did we agree to this? Although it was written on our original court order that the mother is to drop the children off to me on those Fridays, I had moved homes after covid hit. Therefore being that I was going to now pass the mother's home in Ontario on my way home, I thought I would be a gentlemen and pick up our children after I picked up my son Jayden from school in Long Beach. The mother and I agreed under the condition and understanding that I would be 30 or 40 minutes later (depending on traffic) than the time she would have had to drop Emma and Adam off to me. After two years of this agreement and routine, it's all of sudden an issue? For being a gentlemen, this was the reason the mother cut all contact off with me? Yes, this was the reason that was recorded by the court. The judge then called me a liar and said that there was reason. What?! The judge agreed with the mother that it was a legit reason?! I was humiliated and in complete shock as the judge sided with the mother who was represented by an attorney. I asked the judge if this was the correct and legal way to go about imposing a zero contact on the children. The judge responded "I don't have to answer your questions."

Reading and story time with Dad.

Luckily my support team, my Mom was there to witness the whole thing. To add insult to injury, as the judge was dismissing the case off her docket, judge Carmen Luege never said when the children were to be returned back to me. I had to finally ask the judge when she asked if anyone had any more questions before we're dismissed. "YES JUDGE, WHEN DO I GET TO SEE MY KIDS???" Judge Carmen Luege laughed and exclaimed "Oh yeah.." I brought that up to the judge and asked her " Do you think this is funny?" The judge ignored me as if I was not there any more. What would you have done? Get angry? Curse the judge? Nope, I choked my ego to a quiet somber, that's what I did.

for her plants.

Upon dismissing both parties, the bailiff officer proceeded to come up behind me as to get me out of the court room quickly. My Mom who was sitting for a long time had to take her time to get up from the chair while the officer put pressure on us to leave. I told the officer it is her duty as a public servant to deescalate situations and not cause more stress especially to an elderly women, so back off. As I grabbed my Mom's hand to help her up, I said "Mom, take your time, do not rush." I NEVER thought I would be in a situation like this. I was crushed.

Family gathering. My niece wanting to be on
her uncle Andy's lap.

I did some research and the former traffic judge Carmen Luege is now in charge of families lives with a list of complaints in her new seat in family law. Was I relieved knowing that a father like myself with NO criminal background wasn't alone? Not one bit. Why? Because after I sent in a complaint letter into the commissioners office, it was denied to be reviewed. How can a citizen of the United States with no criminal history be treated like this? There has to be some type of father's rights.

Reunion with Dad - July 2023 (private YouTube link)
Needless to say, when I was able to see our children again, Emma who is autistic and Adam expressed how horrible it was being kept away from me. I have the reunion recorded on video (see above link) by my other support team, Jayden my oldest son from a dream co-parenting team with his mother and that side of his mother's family. I know the difference between a great co-parenting team and toxic co-parenting.

Our first weekend together, Emma ended up breaking down and crying as she expressed herself to me. How she is afraid of not ever seeing me and her brother J'J' (Jayden) again and her mom taking her and Adam away from us again. Emma thought it was her fault as she said " I've always been kind to you daddy." Again, I have all this recorded on video. I promised her that it would never happen again. I WAS WRONG.

Three months after this horrible situation (October 2023), their mom has done the same thing again. It is obvious to me that the leniency of the judge and bias decision by court on the mother has not deterred the mother from the psychological damage of "parental alienation". To this day April 2024, I have not been able to see or speak on the phone to Emma and Adam. I can't imagine what this is doing psychologically to the both of them because I know what happened last time and I know what it has done to me.

I do not have any confidence in our judicial system on protecting my children and doing what is best for them nor am I going back unrepresented by an attorney as the last time put me into a mental downward spiral. And now not being able to see or speak to Emma and Adam, my mental health has been compromised. Yes, I keep smiling on the outside, but I bleed on the inside. "I dream to heal your wounds, but I bleed myself..."
I need your help to obtain an attorney for two, possibly three court orders to bring into the justice system. One against the mother for contempt of court. Another against the child custody department at Lamoreaux Justice Center and constituents who were all in that court room that day including the judge and attaining the court transcripts of that day. And lastly the department of child support services. Attorney's want a $5,000 retainer up front just to get things going. For each case to be brought to court would be $15,000 to start. On top of this, a therapist will be needed to help along with my Emma and Adam after this tragedy is stopped and we are reunited again. You can read all about the horrible effects down in the "Parental Alienation" explanation section below. This can cost up to $300 an hour multiple times a month. The psychological damage it has done to my family is unknown at this time and could take many years to repair. I may also have to pay for an auditor or custody evaluators to check in on the mental health and situation at both the mother's home and mine on a regular basis which can cost up to $1,200 per month.

Lastly, many of you reading this know how dedicated I've always been to my children and have witnessed how deep our love is for each other. You also know how influential I've been to my children as I have been their mentor with music, musical instruments, art, building projects from scratch, cooking, hunting, camping, photography, sports, ethics, morals, ears to express themselves openly and a safe a secure home to be themselves in.
In turn, a lot of you reading this know that I have taken care of your children, your loved ones, and things that you cherish with kindness, respect and unconditional love. That is why I'm asking for your help. Even if it's just sending it to your families, friends, groups, organizations, foundations, churches, news media, social media, social media influencers, other attorney's, father rights groups, psychologists organizations etc. Any outlet that will grab attention and or possible help into these matters. I'm finally asking for help because I can not do this on my own. Please and Thank you in advance from my family to yours.

** Here is the research that I have been relentlessly studying over these months. This includes laws, statutes and civil rights. **

What is "Parental Alienation"?
Parental alienation is a strategy whereby one parent intentionally displays to the child unjustified negativity aimed at the other parent. The purpose of this strategy is to damage the child's relationship with the other parent and to turn the child's emotions against that other parent.

What are the signs of parental alienation?
Severely restricting the time a child can spend with the other parent, especially defying court orders, is a sign of parental alienation.

What kind of person would try to alienate a child from their other parent?
This phenomenon often originates with a parent who is narcissistic and/or emotionally unstable. They may be motivated by a desire for revenge against their ex or they may need an outlet so desperately that they transfer their pain and rage to the child.

Healing from Parental Alienation.
Parental alienation is deeply painful, but ostracized parents should know that they are not alone. They should turn to friends, family, support groups, or mental health professionals as they cope with the strain.
When a child begins to spend time with the alienated parent, it can often allow the relationship to be repaired. Individual therapy for the alienating parent, the target parent, and the child can help throughout this process.

How does parental alienation affect children?
Children may struggle with self-esteem, guilt, and self-hatred, as they can internalize hatred toward the targeted parent and are led to believe, incorrectly, that the parent did not love or want them. Depression and substance use are also pathways by which parental alienation can impact children.

Can you repair the relationship with your child after parental alienation?
The best course of action is to limit the child’s time with the alienating parent and increase time with the targeted parent. The child’s biased view of the parent will gradually clear and even severely damaged relationships can be repaired, research shows. The targeted parent can help by not denigrating the alienating parent or dismissing the child’s feelings during this time.

How am I able to sue the Government?
Under Title 18, U.S.C. Section 242 a lawsuit can be brought forth against the child support agency for deprivation of any rights protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

Statute 42 U.S.C. 1983 the purpose is to deter public officials from using the badge of their authority to violate persons' Constitutional Rights and to provide relief to victims of constitutional deprivations when that deterrence failed. This is also known as the Civil Rights Act of 1871 that allows people to sue the government for civil rights violations. It applies when someone acting "under color of" state-level or local law has deprived a person of rights created by the U.S. Constitution of Federal Statutes.

The United States Supreme Court ruled that the merits of a case, as settled by courts of one state, must be recognized by the courts of other states. Chief Justice John Marshall suggested that the judgment of one state court must be recognized by other states' courts as final. Ableman v. Booth 62 U.S. 506 where the higher court stated that the lower courts were bounded by all federal court rulings. Also Howlett v. Rose, 496 U.S. 356 (1990) and Cooper v. Aaron, 358 U.S. 1 (1958)
