The stories are already filmed. Your support will help with post-production of first documentary, videos and launching the channel.
This is a YouTube project aimed at sharing real stories of people from different countries who support Ukraine.
A TEASER OF THE PROJECT
I'm Kateryna, a Ukrainian freelance journalist and documentarist. I'm also a volunteer - during the war, I documented evidence for international media and courts, organized volunteer initiatives, and helped to deliver humanitarian aid from abroad. What struck me most was the power of the volunteer movement - in Ukraine and worldwide.
It doesn’t matter how you help - delivering humanitarian aid, working in the information space, helping animals or protecting the environment, working as a paramedic or in rescue teams, developing technologies, cooking, or weaving nets.
What matters is every action that saves lives, supports people in difficult conditions, and helps defend peace and justice - not only in Ukraine, but beyond.
What drives these people? What values unite them? How does one person become a force for change?
These are the questions I’m trying to answer.
There are thousands of such stories. I won’t be able to tell them all - but I want to bring these people together, amplify their impact, and inspire more people to support Ukraine and volunteer.
I have already filmed 5 stories across Ukraine and four other countries. These include full-length documentary films, interviews, and short formats. This is a long-term project.
The YouTube channel will be launched immediately after the campaign is funded and post-production are completed.
Funds will be used for:
– editing and post-production of the first documentary
– creating promotional videos for the channel launch
– launching the YouTube channel
Raised funds go exclusively toward the production of a media project that highlights volunteering and support for Ukraine. I do not transfer money to third parties or fund volunteer activities directly.
The project is open to communication and collaboration - you can find my Instagram page for contact.
I’m also interested in new stories, filming opportunities in your country, and partnerships.

The first release will be a documentary film about volunteers from Scandinavia who organized a large-scale initiative to deliver generators to civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
The film explores how ordinary people created a powerful movement, what motivates them, and what it means to take personal responsibility in times of crisis.
I’m sharing updates here and on Instagram.
If this project resonates with you, I would be grateful for your support.
Thank you for being part of it.
