I’m starting this GoFundMe to support my uncle Tim Kish, a devoted father who has poured his heart, soul, and savings into raising a little girl he’s loved as his own, Allison.

For the past two years, Tim has been raising Allison — caring for her, providing for her, and giving her the happiest home possible. She is his whole world. Every laugh, bedtime story, and milestone has been built on the bond they share.

Recently, Tim received heartbreaking news: he found out that Allison is not biologically his. Despite this, her biological mother and father are no longer in her life — leaving Tim as the only stable, loving parent she’s ever known.

Instead of walking away, Tim has chosen to fight for Allison. He’s been in and out of court, doing everything he can to keep her safe and give her the future she deserves. But the emotional and financial toll has been immense.

Tim has already spent over $30,000 in legal fees, travel, and other expenses — and has had to take significant time off work to attend court hearings. This has put him under serious financial strain, but he refuses to give up because he knows what’s at stake: the little girl who calls him Dad.

Anyone who knows Tim knows his heart. He’s hardworking, selfless, and the kind of man who puts others first. All he wants is to continue being the father Allison needs — to give her a loving home, stability, and the best life possible.
