Help Tim and Groot Stay Together

Hi Everyone, I am a friend of Tim Madison, a member of the African Grey and parrot lovers community. Tim recently lost his beloved wife Leslie to cancer, and is struggling to stay afloat, as he is unemployed due to disability. He is especially struggling to take care of his beloved feather babies, his African Grey Groot and his IRN Paisley. He is currently trying to get his own crafting business off the ground but lacks the funds he needs to go to shows and market his products. Meantime, he is losing his home and had to make the extremely difficult and heartbreaking decision to rehome Paisley, but wants to hang in there with Groot, as he was a gift from Leslie and they share such a very deep and special bond, as anyone on the African Grey pages can see.

As we all know, not only is it expensive to properly take care of an AG, it is also extremely traumatizing for both bird and bird parent to rehome. It's like losing a child for us, and losing a parent/best friend for the AG. As caring members of this special community, please let's help Tim and Groot stay together.
