My name is Tetiana, who has been living in the UK since 2014. Over the past decade, I’ve built a life here — I’ve worked hard, contributed to the community, and created a loving home with my British-born children and my husband. The UK is our home.

I am now facing an urgent and unexpected immigration challenge. I have already paid £3,000 toward my current visa application, but the Home Office has told me I need to vary this application, meaning I now have to pay the full fee again — another £3,000. This is in addition to the more than £10,000 I’ve already spent on visas over the years.

As I am original from Ukraine, returning to my home country is not an option. The ongoing war has made it unsafe, and everything I love and need is here — my children, my husband, my life.

I urgently need to raise £5,029 to cover:

• Solicitor/legal fees – £2,000

• Home Office visa application fee – £3,029

This visa is critical. It will allow me to remain in the UK with my family, stay safe, and continue raising my children in the only home they’ve ever known. Being forced to leave would break us apart.
