Help This Sweet Family Get Through a Trying Time

My name is Jenna, and I'm a longtime friend of Jill's. Her stepson, Carter (8), was diagnosed with Biphenotypic acute leukaemia (BAL) on December 4, 2021 and it has been a whirlwind rollercoaster for all of them since that day. Dennis, her partner and Carter's dad, is unable to work as Carter has been at Boston Children's Hospital since late December. Carter's brother, Tyler, now lives with Jill and Dennis full-time and is in school in Pittsfield - quite the drive from Westfield where Jill and Dennis currently reside.
