Hello all my name is Ashley and I have a 10 year old son and currently 6 months pregnant. We need help due to our slumb lord who won't do anything to our building. I'm the only tenant here in a 6 unit building and he has not paid the electricity to the building. Granted it's old but but no repairs to keep it up. It's mold and holes in ceiling and someone has cut my wires to my hot water heater and the breaks to my sons bike he got for xmas for this is the second bike someone has cut his breaks to . I believe people are coming in thinking it's abandoned. I'm scared here it not safe and Hazardous. No trash has been taken out and makes for more mice bat's and birds, he won't cut the grass. I've contacted city hall and all they can do is fine him. We are in need of help to move for I have no car or employed at the moment. I've made police reports and more. Shelters are full and we feel stuck and hopeless. Please help our family out so we can find a better home. My son is 10 and I'm pregnant with s baby girl. Please bless both my kids for they deserve so much more and better then this. Thank you all so much for anything helps.
