Life is busy – especially when you have a young family – and life insurance can easily get overlooked, with heartbreaking consequences.

Father-of-two Brad Collins, 46, is about to undergo an operation to remove a 3cm tumour from his brain after being diagnosed with brain cancer in January 2026.

Tragically, Brad – a small business owner from the Sunshine Coast, who helped extensively during the Queensland floods with clean up – doesn't have life insurance.

We're raising much-needed funds for Brad, his wife Frances, an Australian athlete who represented Australia at the 2004 Athens Olympics, and their two young boys.

The family is still in shock because it's all happened so quickly.
