My name is Phil Casabon, and I am fundraising for a 2D/16fps cartoon animation.

 

This unique, experimental, project mainly aims to entertain through the visual medium of cartoons and support artists from screen writers, 2D animators, illustrators and more.

I would love to see this vision shape up, the creative process fills me with purpose.
