My name is Theo Patterson. I am a 19-year-old parent. I am currently staying in an unsafe environment that is mentally taking a toll on me. I have a two-month-old daughter and I'm struggling with money for getting us a stable, safe place to stay that would include her, me, and her dad. We would all like to stick together, but most shelters around us wouldn't allow him to stay with us. I hate asking for money from others, but I could really use a safe place for all three of us to be. I work at an elementary school, but with the school year being over, I don't have any money during the summer. I am currently almost 9 weeks postpartum, and I will be getting a full time job this coming school year. Nowhere around has affordable housing that is in my price range since I'm the only one "working" as of right now. All donations will go towards us getting a stable safe place to stay.
