Help Sam & Her Children Rebuild After Leaving Domestic Violence

A dear friend, Sam, has finally found the courage to leave an abusive relationship—a decision that no one should ever have to make, but one that became necessary for her safety and the well-being of her children.

Sam sold her home to pursue what she thought would be a loving future, only to find herself trapped in a situation that grew increasingly dangerous. As financial and emotional obstacles made it harder to leave, things escalated to a breaking point—her children became the next targets. With no other choice, she took a brave stand, leaving with not only her children but also her stepson, who was too afraid to stay behind.

Unfortunately, Sam’s challenges didn’t end there. She had been working for a company that recently shut down, leaving her unemployed at the worst possible time. While she is actively searching for work, she and the kids are currently split up.

Her mother was able to help her get transportation, but aside from that and a few belongings, they are starting over with almost nothing.

This fundraiser will help Sam secure a stable home for her family—covering the cost of rent, utilities, furniture, household essentials, and food once she finds employment. Every dollar raised will bring them closer to a fresh start, together, in a safe and loving home.
