Help The Veltri Family

Donation protected
Nicola Veltri first became sick 2016 and was diagnosed at 13 months old with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia of the B-cell.  She completed treatment on April 13 of this year and her family started to make plans for the future.  Nicola was granted a wish through the Make A Wish Foundation and her family was going to celebrate her 4th birthday and her treatment completion at the Disney Resort in Hawaii.  Less than one month before they were to leave, Nicola started having joint pain in her knees.  On August 21st, it was confirmed through a bone marrow biopsy at BC Children's Hospital that she had relapsed.

Nicola has already begun chemotherapy treatment again at BCCH but she will also need radiation and a bone marrow transplant.  If she cannot achieve remission within one month of chemo she may have to try CAR T-cell therapy. She has her mom with her in Vancouver while her dad is at home on Vancouver Island working and taking care of her brother and sister.

Their goal is to keep their family connected as best as possible.  They need our help with those extra costs like ferry trips, parking, the cost of gas to and from the ferry and extra bills involved with staying in Vancouver.  Anything donated to the Veltri's will be greatly appreciated.  We want them to be as comfortable as possible and not have to stress about money, when they have way more important things to deal with.

Lets help this amazing family!
