Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit BUS PARK COMMUNITY HUB AND CAFE, and any donation will help make an impact.

As most of you will be aware, the cafe has closed until further notice. As a charity, we receive no funding from central or local government. We are striving, to keep the meals-on-wheels, for our elderly, local population. We currently deliver over 150 freshly cooked meals every week.

We are asking local business and you, our wonderful residents of Swadlincote area, to help us to continue.

Please help to donate money to this page or any surplus of fresh fruit and veg from your gardens/allotments. They can be delivered to the hub Monday-Friday 11am-1pm. Every little helps.

With the increase of minimum wage, N.I. and utility bills, we need approx £10,000 per annum to re-open the cafe and continue providing the service to the elderly community.

Please share this with as many friends as possible! It would be horrendous for all our pensioners if we cannot continue our meals on wheels service. Sometimes we are the only person they will see each week!
