For 18+ years, we have fought for our daughter — not only because we wanted to, but because we eventually learned that no one else would.

When our daughter was harmed and we sought justice, she was pushed through the courts as an unrepresented minor. No attorney stepped in. No agency helped. No judge questioned what was happening. We begged for help from lawyers, advocacy groups, and civil rights organizations — but no one helped us.

So we stood alone.

We filed case after case, learning the law from scratch just to protect our child. The system failed her again and again. We protested peacefully more than 240 times, were criminally charged for our advocacy, represented ourselves, and won.

Now we are fighting back in federal court — and our daughter is standing and fighting alongside us.

Today, we’re turning our pain into purpose. We are building a national movement to ensure what happened to our family never happens to another child, family, or American.
