Help the Sinks Swim

Bryan’s on 4th in Waterloo, Iowa closed permanently on September 1, 2018.  The restaurant allowed Chef Bryan Sink to offer the area a high quality menu served in elegant surroundings.  The bar, known as the Limestone Lounge, had live music every night except Sunday.  Both were decorated with one of a kind art created by Chef Bryan, who also sat in with local musicians from time to time.

Great food, creativity, excellent reviews and good music were not enough to sustain this unique venue.  After two years of highs and lows, a difficult summer made it impossible to continue.  Chef Bryan believes that he failed us, but it could well be that we failed to fully support an establishment that we will sorely miss.

This closing leaves behind several obligations as well as financial hardship. There is currently nothing in place to ease this difficulty.  For this reason, friends of Bryan and Corrie Sink have created this Go Fund Me page, in hopes of covering that need.
