Help the Shimano Family Rebuild After Fire
Donation protected
Late Sunday night on October 13th, a fellow Beach FC's family experienced the unimaginable - their older home in Torrance caught an electrical fire and burned to the ground. Luckily the Shimano family of 5 are safe and unharmed. Unfortunately, nearly all of the contents within the home are not salvageable and will need to be replaced. They have temporary housing for the next week but will need to move into something more sustainable long term. As we know, having to move is expensive but starting from scratch is even more stressful.
The Shimano family consists of parents Kenny & Patty, and their 3 sons: Mirai (age 20 attending El Camino College), Keisei (age 16 at North High, Beach FC B08 ECRL player), and Ryohei (age 15 at North High).
We ask the community to come together and help this kind family in their time of need. Since their living situation is still up in the air, what they need to most is financial assistance to help with upcoming housing expense, replacement of clothing, housewares, furniture, and meals. Anything we can do to alleviate this burden will be greatly appreciated by the family. Thank you in advance for all of your support and generosity.
