Help the Shannons find comfort and peace

Donation protected
Shannon Church and Shannon Leyh (lovingly referred to as "The Shannons") have faced devastating circumstances over the past several months.

Shannon Church was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal lung cancer. After five cycles of chemotherapy and three rounds of radiation, the difficult decision has been made to cease treatment and focus on keeping him as comfortable as possible, surrounded by his loved ones in home hospice.

Shannon's mentoring and support of child development resonates throughout his professional life and his community. In his youth, he was a snare drummer and a member of the Velvet Knights and the Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps which ultimately led him to his beautiful wife, Shannon Leyh (Lady Shannon). October 26th will mark their 10 year wedding anniversary.

The Shannons have two amazing and perfect daughters, ages 3 and 7, who will need years of financial and emotional support. Their lives will be forever changed by this tragedy, but perhaps a little help from their loved ones and our community can help support this family while Lady Shannon navigates what sadly is around the bend.

Please help to lift up and support the Shannons during this unimaginable time.
