Help the Sazykin Family

 We, at THR Math Club are extremely heartbroken today to learn of the untimely death of STAN SAZYKIN.  Stan passed away yesterday during the night due to health complications.  Our deepest condolences to his wife, Ying Ye, and his son Andrew (current 8th grade) at T.H. Rogers. Stan has also left behind twin sons who will be joining the Rogers community next year in Middle school.

  Stan and Ying have been invaluable volunteers for Math Club and ardent supporters of Andrew’s stellar achievements in various math competitions. In addition, Stan dedicated numerous hours in Andrew’s participation in Quiz Bowl each year. 

  We, at the Club are particularly mindful of the challenges that face Andrew. Losing a father is never easy, but at such a young age, it’s unbearable. His sudden passing is a blow to all of us, especially his family of which are also dependent on his income. We aim to help them as best as we can in their ordeal.
