Just a short time ago, six SIMAC students achieved something incredible — they were selected to represent Great Britain and travelled to compete in Norway.

For our club, that was a huge milestone.

It showed that hard work, discipline, and belief truly pay off.

Now, we are beyond proud to share that fourteen SIMAC students have been selected to represent Great Britain in Germany.

From six to fourteen — what an unbelievable journey.

This growth reflects how far they’ve come, not just in medals or titles but in dedication, resilience and commitment.

They have trained consistently, pushed through challenges, supported one another and continued to raise the standard year after year. To more than double our GB representatives is something truly special.

Over the next few months, these athletes will be heavily involved in monthly squad training sessions, additional preparation camps and intensive conditioning to ensure they are fully prepared to compete at international level. The commitment required is significant — both in time and in cost.

All expenses including travel, hotels, training camps, and official team uniforms are self-funded. As a club and as families, we are incredibly proud to support them but the financial commitment is substantial.
