Help The Regalado Family Battle COVID-19

Hello Everyone! This page has been created for our parents Ramon and Noelia Regalado during this Covid 19 pandemic. Unfortunately both were diagnosed with Covid 19 on April 16th. Our father became ill very quickly and soon ended up admitted to the hospital. Our mother, Noelia fortunately was able to remain at home and recover from the illness.

Sadly, our father was diagnosed with pneumonia and was soon moved to the ICU as his lungs were unable to sufficiently supply oxygen to his body. Up until that point we were able to keep in contact with him.

On April 20th when they decided to move him to the ICU, it was also deemed necessary that he was medically sedated and ventilated in order for his organs to receive proper oxygenation and to give his lungs time to fight the infection. More than two weeks later our family has not been able to see him or speak to him since being sedated . The doctors have continued to update us on his progress and have tried a plasma transfusion but at this time he is still requiring ventilation and further medical interventions. As a family, we continue to hope and pray for a healthy recovery.

This time has been very hard on our family but especially our Mother. She has just finally recovered from the virus herself and we thank God that she has been able to remain home and healthy.

At this time, not only does she have to spend her days worrying for her husbands life but now has the financial burden of a household and bills sitting in front of her. Our father is the household provider and has been obviously been unable to continue bringing in income during these times.
Our parents are the hardest workers we know and have always been there to help when others are in need. We know at this time, they are going to need our help. As their family and friends we are hoping to start this collection in their honor. We would appreciate and be grateful for any amount you are able to help during this time.
