Help the Owens Family After Tragic Loss
Donation protected
The Owens family needs our help. If you know them, you love them. Ali, who is always helping others, was Miles's amazing 4th-grade teacher. Brandon is Jude's flag football coach. Along with their sweet kids, Madalee and Ethan, who is Jude's buddy. This wonderful family has had entirely too much loss over the last few months.
The hurricanes took their home and cars, and navigating the aftermath has been overwhelmingly challenging. And if life isn't hard enough already, their sweet pup, Cinnamon, who was barely a year old, recently became very ill with pneumonia. The doctors were unsure if it was cancer or fungal related. This sweet family did everything they could possibly do to save their precious Cinnamon, but in the end, nothing helped. They had to say goodbye to him and let him go. My heart breaks for them. They have had to endure so much already. Cinnamon was a part of their family. He was their emotional support during the traumatic experiences they have gone through with the hurricanes. Cinnamon made them feel loved and at home wherever they have had to stay since losing their own home. They know he is at peace now, but losing him has been another unexpected and unbearable trauma.
At the time they were fighting for his life, the emergency care expenses were piling up. I am asking you to join me in helping alleviate some of this financial burden for them. They are grieving Cinnamon's loss and should be focusing on their healing and not the added expenses that racked up while trying to save him. This extra expense on top of the financial stress of losing everything in the storms could be made lighter if we all joined together and gave a little bit. Please help me in supporting them. Thank you so very much.
