Update: 3.10.24 Hey all....this morning, on the way to dropping my kids at school, a man tried to put his hands through the gap in our windows as we were stuck in traffic. I am always reminded ding the kids to lock the doors, but at the moment, with no air-conditioning in the van, we need to have the windows down a little. It is far to hot in the van. This makes me feel really unsafe and reminds me again that we just need a safer vehicle to get around in. Every other week, at the moment, we are having to get thing's repaired or we have a break down. Would you please consider helping our family by donating towards a more reliable and safe vehicle? Our faithful van has served our family well. 8 years ago we purchased our second hand Estemia Van to use as our family and ministry vehicle in Port Moresby. She has served us well over the years but is starting to have lots of issues. One of our main challenges since moving out to our home here in Gereka Village is the state of our road in both rainy season and dry season. The road is so bad at the moment that most times we drive out onto the highway we are scrapping the ground.

We are in real need of a 4 wheel drive family vehicle to use every day. We make trips to town daily, and the vans state at the moment makes it very unsafe, especially for Crystal to drive around in. The doors no longer have a central lock and the air does not work. We have to have the windows down but Port Morsbey does not have a reputation of being safe and it is very unsafe, in some areas, to drive around with windows down and doors that don't lock properly.
