Hi everyone, I’m making this GoFundMe on behalf of my girlfriend’s family. They’re going through something no one should ever have to face alone like they are. On May 23rd 2025 at 2:22 pm exactly In La Pine, Oregon, Her dad was involved in A horrific car accident. Tragically another driver who was parked on the side of the road suddenly drove out infront of him, sadly causing the other driver to succumb to his injuries on impact - Her dad, seeing the aftermath with his own eyes has left him deeply traumatized and hurt. Now he suffers everyday with PTSD, constant nightmares, debilitating anxiety and guilt. Physically he is in pretty rough shape as well, he suffered what is believed to be a stroke on impact, along with sustaining permanent damage to his head, neck, shoulders and back, along with his new truck being totaled. The truck he used to get to his two jobs in order to provide for his family everyday, so now he is at a total loss- unable to work how he used to or even step foot in a vehicle.

At home they have two teenage children and a toddler - and only their mom is working right now to provide for their family of 5 and pets. Everyday she leaves by 4am to make it to work, because they live so far out of town, while the kids stay home and help out as much as possible, along with helping their injured father. With gas prices, bills , groceries and the costs of everyday living, it’s becoming nearly impossible for them to stay afloat.

I am asking for help on their behalf because they won’t ask for it themselves. They’re a proud hardworking family who has just been hit with something completely unexpected and devastating.
